This was an empty property in which had the original boiler had been condemned so had not been used for 6 months! We installed a new Glowworm system boiler with an upgraded gas supply and all new flue. Eventually, when the property is occupied there will be a very happy and warm customer.
As the property was unoccupied, the heating system had been completely shut down following the original boiler being condemned. Before the home could be safely lived in again, a new, compliant heating system was required, along with upgrades to support it.
